Worried about diet in Ramadan? Learn the solution

To keep the body hydrated during fasting, one should keep plenty of water, seasonal fruit and vegetable juices or smoothies such as liquid, cold food and fiber foods.  It is better to take energy from natural foods without eating extra sugary juices or foods.  Tea, coffee levels should be reduced.  Failure to do so can lead to dehydration, constipation and sleep problems.  Eating more fried and high-fat oily foods can increase blood cholesterol levels, so the less you eat, the better.  Learn what to eat in Iftar and Seheri to diet -

Sehri: It is possible to satisfy the hunger of the whole day by eating extra food during Sehri in Ramadan.  But it is possible to delay the appetite with a little care in food selection.  Fibrous foods and foods without roasting are best if it is a low-oil spicy curry.  Then the whole day will be better.

Foods that can be included in Sehri: 1 cup of red rice, 1 cup of mixed vegetables like laushak, sweet pumpkin, cucumber, patal, squid, kachushak, kachu etc., 1 piece of fish or chicken, half cup of dal, 1 cup of yogurt or low fat milk  .  Then playing 1 to 2 dates will make you feel a little less thirsty all day long.  If you don't want to eat rice, you can also eat bread, chira-yogurt, cornflakes-milk.  Many people drink more water together during seheri, it can not be done.  From Iftar till night, the body should be kept moist by drinking small amounts of water or other liquids.

Iftar: Normally blood glucose level decreases after fasting all day.  So during Iftar, the body, brain and nerve cells want to provide instant energy through food.  So iftar food should be cold and easily digested.  It is healthy to divide the time of Iftar meal into two parts.  You have to eat some before Maghrib prayers and the second part after Maghrib prayers.  This is because playing together leads to overeating, which can lead to various complications and fatigue.

Foods that can be kept in Iftar are: 3 to 4 dates, light hot vegetables, mushrooms, 1 bowl of chicken or oats soup, half a bowl of boiled gram, turnips, 1 boiled egg, any fruit juice like sugarcane juice, young coconut water, yogurt lachhi,  Smoothie can be made by mixing some types of fruits and yogurt or you can eat 1 glass of Labang.  After Maghrib prayers, you can eat 1 bowl of oats with less sweet paise, pudding or chira-yogurt or mixed fruit, pancakes, chopped fruits, fruit salad, fruit custard or more noodles with vegetables, chicken momo, home made chicken halim.
